LOCAL Stallholders & Food Vendors Wanted

Standard Pitch Size:

Standard Single Pitch Allocation is strictly 4m x 4m. 

• Please note if a larger than standard pitch is required, you need to request multiple pitches dependent on total space required. 

• No furniture is supplied i.e., table or chair - or access to electricity. 

• If power is required, you will need to provide your own generator

• Concession £15.25 (inc. 25p admin/processing fee) - i.e. registered charity/not-for-profit)

• Standard £30.50 (inc. 50p admin/processing fee)

• Food Vendor £61 (inc. £1 admin/processing fee) + % of net profits from the day's takings

Set Up

• The venue address is Thaxted Recreation Ground  Newbiggen Street, Dunmow, CM6 2QT

• We will be opening the site for set-up from 7:30am on the morning of the event (access will not be granted prior to this).  Your stall/attractions but be set up ready for 10:45pm latest.

• All vehicles being used for set up must be off the recreation ground by 10:30am.  Access to clear away/break down will not be permitted until after 4pm.  This includes moving any vehicles parked anywhere on the recreation ground.

 

Fayre Layout

• A layout plan of the stalls will be issued after all pitch fees are received.

 

Parking

• Parking is strictly prohibited from the concrete parking area of the ground.  This area is strictly access only by prior agreement.  Only the Thaxted Fire Service are permitted to use this area (outside of access) between 10:30am - 4pm.

• It is planned to allow stall holders positioned on the outer edges to park their vehicle tightly behind their stalls.  The inner stall holders will be asked to park their vehicle in the field car park area.  These cars will be tightly parked at the back area (near the trees) in order to allow the maximum car parking space available for visitors.

 

Toilets

• The toilets are located in the Pavilion (where there is also access to water).
